Data privacy

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible body

The responsible body for data processing on this website is:
Christopher Myers

Ziegelaue 2

Phone: +49 (0)151 504 403 72

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses or similar).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for non-public bodies in Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. Further information and contact details can be found at:
https://www.lda.bayern.de/de/beschwerde.html

Right of data transferability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “https://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, blocking, deletion

You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your personal data stored by us in accordance with applicable legal provisions, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this and other questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

Objection to advertising e-mails

The use of contact information published as part of the legal notice requirement for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials is hereby prohibited. The operators of the sites explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as through spam emails.

Data collection on our website

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and cause no harm. This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies which are required for the proper operation of the website (for example for language selection and form functions). No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are set. The legal basis for the use of these technically necessary cookies is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website.

Server log files

The website’s provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that are transmitted by your browser to us. This information includes:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

These data will not be combined with other sources.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If you send us requests via the contact form, your details from the request form, including the contact details you have provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share these data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore carried out solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. This is sufficient with an informal message via e-mail to us. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter into the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose of data storage lapses (e.g. after processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular, retention periods – remain unaffected.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany. All data is stored exclusively on servers located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with our hosting provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The hosting provider processes the data described under "Server log files" above solely for the purpose of providing this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of our website.

From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply – Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). We have no influence on the data processing carried out there.
