I’m Chris Myers — TÜV-certified Personal Trainer, Medical Fitness Trainer and Corporate Health Manager. I train you outdoors, in the gym, or live online — individually, with variety, and tailored to you. My specialties: Bodyweight Training, HIIT, Fight Workouts and Animal Movement. No. I train people of all fitness levels — complete beginners to experienced athletes. The training adapts to you, not the other way around. What matters is your willingness, not where you are right now.
We start with a quick conversation: What are your goals? Any injuries or limitations? Then we do a first training session that gives you a realistic feel for how we'll work together — no pressure, no overwhelm.
Mainly outdoors — in parks, sports courts, or wherever you feel comfortable. At your home if you prefer. No gym membership needed.
With personal training you get 100% attention. No waiting for machines, no generic plan, no anonymity. Every session is designed for you — technique, intensity, progression. That's the difference between going to the gym and being coached.
Yes. As a medical fitness trainer I regularly work with clients who have limitations. We adapt the training accordingly and work toward making you more resilient long-term — not despite your history, but with it.
It depends on your goals and schedule. 1× per week with me plus independent training on 1–2 extra days is a solid starting point for most people. With the Progress package you also get a plan for your off-days.
Because real progress takes time. 3 months is the minimum to see measurable change — physically and in terms of habit. Single sessions can be fun, but lasting results come from consistency.
Yes. For €110 you can try a session with no strings attached and get a feel for how I train before making any commitment. Inquire here.
Yes, small groups of up to 4–5 people are possible. The benefit: you share the cost but still get personal coaching attention. Great for friends or couples who want to train together.
