I’m Chris Myers — TÜV-certified Personal Trainer, Medical Fitness Trainer and Corporate Health Manager. I train you outdoors, in the gym, or live online — individually, with variety, and tailored to you. My specialties: Bodyweight Training, HIIT, Fight Workouts and Animal Movement. No cookie-cutter plans. No mass training. Just you, your goal — and a trainer who lives what he teaches.
