Sport isn't something I do — it's who I am. Growing up in Bayreuth, movement was always part of my life: longboarding, surfing, basketball. In 2013, weight training entered the picture — and with it, a passion that changed everything.
Focused training helped me correct postural problems, eliminate pain, and reach a physical level I hadn't thought possible. When I started seeing the same issues in the people around me that I had already overcome, the path forward was clear: I want to pass this on.
No two sessions are the same. I train primarily outdoors or wherever you feel comfortable — using bodyweight, slam balls, dumbbells, and battle ropes. No gym membership required, no fixed location.
My sessions are intense, structured, and always tailored to you. Variety isn't a bonus — it's a core principle. Your body should adapt, not plateau.
